    As long as the gym got the right equipment for you to do a proper workout thta all u need... ( Honest!). Dont waste your money on expensive memberships. Yeah a good schedule is a MUST. Google 5x5 workouts and study tht. I recommend such workouts..Anywy dnt stick to it. Do what gives YOU best...
