    Yes that is true, you can't download from RS when you reconnect. If you use a proxy server which in not transparent then you will not have any problems, unless someone is already downloading from that proxy.

    It will reconnect to the network, the re-download would be set by the application. What will happen is it will lose the network connection as this program disconnects it and then reconnects. So when the reconnect occurs ares should start downloading as usual. The usage is listed in my first post...

    You have not being infected. AVG is just identifying the backdoor on the site you are accessing.

    If the connection is idle nothing happens, the reconnect only takes place when data transfer can not be done, example: windows shows the connection as connected but data is not sent or received.
