no.,brother its a wrong logic. if person who is over weight who want to loose his weight, he have a desire. so to archive his desire he will follow some ප්රතිපත්ති such as doing exercise,dieting.so i think if we dont have a desire(ආශාවක්/තණ්හාවක් ) we cant follow any principles( ප්රතිපත්ති). -
