    4870 and 5770 are not the same. One is DX11 and DX10. Also 5770 has lot less idle power consumption. You will see the advantage of DX11 card once DX11 games come out. Ya, of course, if you can spend more than 30K you may get 4890 1G from 32K...

    I would go for GTX 275 which is more or less same or little expensive than HD 4890. That is one of the best card for the price and CUDA helps allot to speed up some programs like v Reveal bu working as processors.
