    VGA card memory speed shown wrong

    My sapphire HD5450 DDR3 (1GB) VGA shows 500 MHz on GPU-Z (it gives a sucky 8 Gb/s) . But this card (sapphire HD5450 1GB DDR3) usually have 667 MHz (around 11 Gb/s) as i searched through the internet. Will I just increase memory speed to 667MHz using overdrive? (Current no-load temperature is 50C)
