    Machan one more thing, since you're getting a G31 Foxconn board, you can get the E5200 to 3.7GHz easily. Mine's running at 3.7 GHz atm on my G31 board. You planning on gaming with your PC? Then I'd recommend going for a cheaper CPU and going for atleast a 8600GT. Btw, if you give us a budget...

    Go for the E5200. I personally don't think the 1MB more cache and slightly higher FSB is worth it. Besides, you get a 12.5 multi if you go with E5200.
