There is a site called virtualmoneyinc.com They give u an atm card where u can withdraw cash from paypal account here in any cirrus network atms. If anybody using it pls give ur comments.

    Dont use alertpay they will delay your cheques giving various excuses. At the moment im stuck with a payment of 200usd its more than a month, which has stil nt been processed and as a matter im occuring a great loss. Dont get caught to them

    Well you can use paypal from sri lanka only to send money but you cant recieve. You need a credit card to open an account. Its easy and safe , i've been using it to buy stuff on ebay

    Yes i am in Sri Lanka. Best Way is Paypal. Its safe. Coz I was folled by a Brazilian last maonth and he didnt send my stuff. I reported him to Paypal, and they are arranging me arefund. Dont ever send Direct cheques to sellers. Use only paypal. you can get more info on how to do it on Paypal Site
