    Well one of my friends bought a Intel G33 ATX board for 14k 3 months back.......I think its the same board you want..... 2.66 has 2 versions of core 2s i believe....E6700(1066 bus) and E6750(1333 bus) around 24k...

    Shader 3 is available in OB vga.....My friend has a Foxconn AMD 939 board with Geforce 6100 OB vga....that has SM3.....and the later ones have SM4 i believe.......EVen Intel.......

    Depends on the onboard vga u have not the memory.....If its Intel then don't expect much.......If its ATI or Nvidia then you will get some-what playable game play......
