    There is NO DIRECT relation between SPEED and RPM as far as i know. Higher RPM = Lower speed Lower RPM = Higher Speed both possible according to what gear you in, load, CC ect. in standing still (Neutral) you can rev up to 9000rpm or maximum you have until the engine blows up :rofl:
