If it is happens due to squid, It should be running on Transparent Proxy Mode. So here is the possible issue to SLOW DOWNLOADS. 1. Server is not able to cater heavy load - Need More RAM - HDD Space for Caching - Need More CPU 2. Squid Configuration ISSUES 3. Server Not Running with...
