    Personaly I like the 2nd one. But theoratically you'll get more chance by the 1st CV. Coz roughly people spend only 30 - 40 seconds to read through a CV. So when you use colours the attention goes to the design but not the content. So the chances will get reduced... :) (Didn't want to...

    CV 1 - Good for any profession. CV 2 - Good only if applying for a artistic position. (Web Designer, Graphics Designer etc.) (If I get a bundle of CVs to choose a potential candidate, I will simply ignore the 2nd CV. :D) And give me 15 mins, I'll put up another format :)

    Both are recongnised as I know. But CISCO is more recognised when it comes to networking. Because CISCO is the leading network provider over Microsoft.

    Diploma ekak nam guarantee karanna baha machang. But bari wena ekakuth naha...... Mokada PR ekata requirement eka wenne 2 year qualification in Australia. But qualification ekata labena points gaana adu wei. So wena monawa hari daala points 120k ganna puluwan nam no problem

    mama danna tharamin after O/Ls eeka karanna baha. Atleast A/Ls try karala hari thiyenna ooni.. (Pass wenna ooni nam naha. But atleast you have to have 2 passes as I can remember)

    IELTS results valid only for 2 years ne machang. So Academic karala student visa eken awith aayi PR apply karaddi again IELTS karanna wenawa. ethakota General kalahama athi. mama kiyuwe eeka gana :D

    General 6k oonimai mata mathaka widihata. Issara nam 5 tath dunna. But dan irrespective of the points/ sponsorship, 6k ganna ooni machang. But "General" IELTS (Not 100% sure though. Kaalekin immi paththe giye naha)
