Well u can do Cisco or Microsoft.
in Cisco, u can start from CCNA and follow the rest like CCNP
in Microsoft u can start from MCP and follow the rest like MCSA, MCSE

I can't tell exact place machan but to do Cisco lot's of people says Numatrix is good...
for Microsoft exams u can find lots of places.

duration is depend on u. for CCNA course i think it'll take 3 months.

mama danna tharamin after O/Ls eeka karanna baha. Atleast A/Ls try karala hari thiyenna ooni.. (Pass wenna ooni nam naha. But atleast you have to have 2 passes as I can remember)

Both are recongnised as I know. But CISCO is more recognised when it comes to networking. Because CISCO is the leading network provider over Microsoft.

Yes need 2 passes of A/Ls and u should have 2.3 GPA in first 2 years as i know
