    Sampath - Difficult for personal loans, expensive Internet banking, SMS alerts (700 + 350 per annum), Not-so-good mobile app. Other than this, their branch services are usually good Commercial - Nothing much to complain except for their unstable Internet banking and buggy/not user friendly...
