    Yes! it may be because of it being a non original battery, Even if you are buying originals don't buy batteries that were left in stores for a long time.. As Lithium batteries tend to wear-out when left unused, so it's better to order online from a trusted seller :)

    Samsung isn't bad but can't say it is the Best (in that case I would suggest NEC) I also own a Samsung 943NWX, had to return it to the seller for repair within 2 months, bought from Media Centre. Everything turned out to be RED on display. Media centre ppl refused to do a one to one replacement...

    It all boils down to the Price :) and how much that would be ? Core 2 Solo is the single core variant of the Core 2 Duo And this is a Ultra Low Voltage CPU, don't expect a standard notebook performance from this
