I think RPG 7 can... but need to get real close like within 100m or so! But looking at that tank turret..you can see its covered by a steel fence so no point hitting there because that fence will significantly reduce the power of the RPG!

If he is not into hard computing why you need to go for 7series? Also I don't see any "Best Bang for Buck" in buying a 7300 over a 7200

Daemon Tools not necessary to run Half Life 2.. you have to read the Instructions given when you install the game? do have a .txt file for that explaining what you should do to get the game installed?
