    Out of modern/current automatic movements, i`d vote for Seiko 4R35/4R36. Miyota 9015 is similar in price etc... Said to be a little smoother and accurate over 4R35 I`m not an expert when it comes to automatic movements though, other`s may reply too.. :)

    How about reducing eggs (i.e. two eggs every other day)? There`s so much conflicting information about eggs and cholesterol. Some research shows eggs make no great impact on bad cholesterol. Some conflicting research suggests that it does.
