    no machan u did not get the point.. they are providing same ip for all users. so if one user is dlding something from rs then all other users are not able to dld from rs. dialog give public ip. so all users can concurrently dld from rs. one user can dld one file atm.

    touch means that is is the maximum speed I attained. my point is we can go to that speed. you said we cannot go. I have dlded using that speed. machan as I know a tower can provide upto a max of 14.4mbps. we have to share it with other users. so if no one is using the tower atm it is all ours...
