    thnx a lt macho...i think one way to use another PC with Loadbalncing OS(like based on BSD) and then connect to to that client PC(coz loadbalancing routers are expensive) i'm experimenting this for long time...may it'll possible to download same file to may real ips with mirrors...i'll try...
