just to know think that we are bringing N95 for 30000rupees and the customs tells that the specific model is priced at 60000rupees,then do we have to pay just according to that price? afaik they do it according to the price we get the product but for some products they have their own price listing

if you are gettin it as a gift I sender must mention the amount of the gift,so from that customs get an idea or else you might need to provide necessary documents to clear ur package, but I think the best method is to under value ur phone and tell the sender to send it in a cheap looking...
