    Yes I agree with you. Nothing to do now, we have to face this situation. Lot of government institutions have to privatized to improve them otherwise we are going to get in to a deeper trouble than this.

    Pancreatic cancer has a poor prognosis. When the diagnosis done most of them are in palliative stage. For the pain these days in government hospitals they even don't have oral morphine so patients are suffering a lot.

    I think If they want they can peg the rupees to usd without enough foreign currency, look at what's happening in Lebanon they have pegged their currency to usd (around 1500 but black market daily changing 15000-30000) without enough foreign currency.
