    I FUCKING KNOW ! once it happened to my car tyre... a fuel station attendant was filling up my tyre while he was talking on the phone and basically over inflated the tyre. It was like a god damn BOMB going off... and he had to be rushed to hospital and his face was ripped in about 3 places...
