    BSL-4 facilities are very expensive to run. So they supposedly modified the virus by reducing the pathogenicity such that it's much safer to humans (if you believe the damned Chinks) so that it could be handled by BSL-2 facilities. If the Chink facilities were safer we would not have had Covid...
