:yes: reflectors are used instead. got to known recently, some highways in Germany are also used the same technology, but most of UK motorways have street lights. probably one reason to pay high tax in england

10% tolerance is top of max speed, if in a case of police speed cameras enforce :) in the absence of any roadworthyness test for SL vehicles, not sure what's the allowed vehicle standard limitations for access highway in SL. it could easily lead to lots of accidents, h&s and other issues in...
