    Purchased a lap top computer from ICON. Dealers for HP. Purchased a 3 year service waranty as well. Laptop crashed during normal use. Took it in to ICON. They then sent it to VCS (authorised HP service agent). They have identified it as a motherboard problem. They do not carry spares for this ...
