Any further accidents from irresponsible driving, the govt and the police has to answer. Stop mollycoddling these hoodlums.

Start first with the madmax drivers that stop in the middle of the street to pick up passengers (this should be applied to three wheelers too). Make sure the bus docks on the bus stop. Erect barriers to ensure bus is inside the dock when picking up passengers. Also any race between buses - immediate fine and courts. Monitor with CCTV and repeat offences should have route permits withdrawn. If the govt is incapable of doing this, then you will be another napunsaka aanduwak, thats it
