There are two options.

1. You need to register with your nearest consulate/embassy as a intended returnee providing a valid reason. Once there are enough returnees, embassy might arranger a special flight.
2. You can also directly reach MFA secretary Prof Admiral Colombage through email and provide your reasoning and details. He will send you the approval through email if your case is considered. Then you can book a commercial flight connection providing your approval details.
