The information regarding bribery in this case filed in the court of present DG of Commission when he was Magistrate more than 5-6 years ago. Where is the prosecution ? and conviction (as bribery was admitted and obliged to provide information under the agreement entered with SFO of UK for Deferred Prosecution arrangement in Uk)
