This Rs 2 effect only for one network to another network.
They can give free minutes withing their networks.
So it wont effect to Blaster packages.

The problem with the Upahara is, It gives free minutes to All Land lines regardless of the network. Thats why they stop issuing that package after 15th of July !!

well.. 2rs outside the network 50cents for incoming network..
1rs minimum inside the network.. Blaster is affected too.. they dont issue it no more.. insted they came up with the 350 package..
