I am not sure what's your purpose of asking this question. Bu if you really don't know, Grusha is a character in the stage play "The Caucasian Chalk Circle" by Bertolt Brecht. This was translated to Sinhala by Henry Jayasena who passed away couple of days ago, and he played the main character 'Asadak', the character Grusha was played by his wife Manel Jayasena. Manel Jayasena passed away few years ago, and this poem is written by Henry Jayasena for the memory of his wife.. Manel/Grusha. I sencerely beleive that you didn't know and only wanted to know. if not, I will still forgive you thinking that how good I am, in a world where people like you also live.
