Yes... But it can be done and has been done. Also complete penile & scrotum transplants has been done at JHH by a team of Surgeons led by Prof Richard Redett. This was on a Veteran wounded in Afghanistan. Note they did not do the testicles though.
There's an ethical (also a legal) issue with a testicle transplant. That's why this is very rarely done. If I remember right the first case of testicular transplant involved an identical twin.

The problem is that when testicles are transplanted into a new body, they’ll continue making sperm that carry the donor’s DNA. So when the testicle recipient fathers a child, then the child has the DNA of the original donor. This causes problems in the sense that if the donor is deceased and signed consent for organ donation, it's no longer valid. Then the consent for sperm donation would have to be made too by him. Otherwise it's a violation of bio-ethics and the law itself.

I like it's look and driving pleasure

I like highroof or semi highroof models with stock stainless rims or alloy rims. those black steel ones they put on nowadays ruins the looks of the pajero IMO.

problem is that the diesel model feels somewhat underpowered. its too bad they didn't give a better engine option like six cylinder engines in Patrols and Land Cruisers
