even bns had a similar case few years back for copyright issues with rohana weerasinghe.. .. its a crime to steal other peoples work.. lankawe owa karata .. what yohani did was a cover and its not her song..it sangeeths song..so he used differnt artists..

what iraj said was its ok to do covers ,sing onstage.. but uploading to spotify or deezer .. onna thats over the limit..
