ASROCK M/B is good but dont expect it to be better than Sabertooth. We have ASUS Sabertooth, you can check on the site and see the difference between each other. Sabertooth is fully covered M/B and with many features. But the price too is high it will be around Rs. 38K while Asrock is much lesser.

asus sabertooth got p67(B3) version chipset .. B3 version is the fixed version of p67's issue.. the asrock board you mentioned above is also a B3 version.. if you you are getting any p67 get p67 b3 revision even if it is asus or intel..
that sabertooth board is extreamly good board with good OCing ability and has lot of bios features

yes..macha.. maximus IV is totally worth the money... but my suggestion is go for a sabertooth. sabertooth will give you best performance and stability unless you are not going to hit 5ghz.. anyway what is your cpu..is it k version

yea i7 2000k...what u prefer?? Sabertooth or the Maximus? im not gonna do any overclocking..just for heavy gaming..if i get to play crysis 2 with maximum graphics thats good enough for me..what u say?

go for sabertooth macha...it is totally worth money...you can compare these boards from asus site... main difference of maximus IV over sabertooth is OC supportability with high speed buses.. and sabertooth got the new thermal armor feature
