go for sabertooth macha...it is totally worth money...you can compare these boards from asus site... main difference of maximus IV over sabertooth is OC supportability with high speed buses.. and sabertooth got the new thermal armor feature

MAchnag Sabertooth x58 or P67..whats the latest?

You should go for i7-2600k where the processor is unlocked so its good for OC. With the normal processor u cannot do OC that much. Price between these 2 are all most the same.
