No bro, I've never seen such a problem.

I have faced many issues with 365. One of them is that it takes too long to load if the file is big. In my line of work, I had to deal with big Excel files, some of which are around 250 MB. Also sometimes it gives an error for the printer and has to restart again the application to print. There are many more. Then I Switched to 2024 and it works perfectly fine.

I haven't tested such large files with my Office edition, so it can be that this edition can't handle large files.
