All severe and critical patients cure by themselves. Medicines can only help to reduce the symptoms or to assist immune system to defend against the viruses. The so called Dhammika's syrup may improve immune system's efficacy, but it cannot eradicate the virus by itself. If you claim that it has such capability, please prove it with scientific evidence. I have read your previous posts and none of them has technically proven the fact that this syrup has the ability to destroy the virus. You have to distinct natural recovery from the direct function of mythical syrup you believe in against the infectious agent.
Scientific evidence is available to support the fact that herbal products like Corriander can boost immunity. However, it does not mean that those herbs have a magical power for attacking viruses. I do not object for urging public to consume herbal drinks for improving general immunity of their bodies. However, any qualified ayurvedic or a western doctor, or a genuine traditional medical practitioner will not, does not have right, or does not have ability to be accountable for prescribing these herbals to general public as a primary treatment, and implicitly induce them to keep utmost trust on those in a manner that they would tend to be discouraged in obtaining vaccines or drugs of which efficacy would be backed by virological analyses and proven by series of formal laboratory tests and clinical trials.
If the infection is caused by a bacteria, fungus or any other microbe which is not a virus, antibacterial drugs can directly attack. Perhaps, specific natural chemical substances may also be effective in curing those infections.
