bro... that law is ALREADY is in Sri Lanka

however, the woman will need absolute and undeniable proof accepted in the court of law showing that the man had promised to marry her.

He say, she say wont work.... but if she has proof... it will be accepted.

On that note..., even a SMS stating that He will marry her is enough to be accepted as proof.

and YES... it goes both ways... not only for woman. A man can also sue a woman for the same reason if he wishes to.
