genetically sri lankan sinhalese and these south indians are different. but bengalis ,punjab are the closest.. not the same culture and religion. thats the difference here. they are hardcore in their culture and don't like to change. but srilankans know how to improvise and adapt because not extreme with the nature of the culture.
