ගම්පහ - යක්කල ප‍්‍රදේශයේදී සිදුවූ කෆීර් යානා අනතුරට හේතුව අනතුරින් මියගිය ගුවන් නියමුවට ඇති වූ හෘදයාබාධයක් බව පශ්චාත් මරණ පරීක්ෂණයේදී අනාවරණය වී තිබෙන බව රෝහල් ආරංචි මාර්ග පවසයි. අනතුරින් මියගිය පියාසර ලූතිනන් මොනාත් පෙරේරාගේ හෘදයේ දකුණු පසට රුධිරය සපයන කිරීටක ධමනිය සියයට 85 කින් පමණ සිර වී තිබීම මෙම හෘදයාබාධයට හේතු වී ඇති බව මීගමුව රෝහලේ විශේෂඥ අධිකරණ වෛද්‍යවරයා සඳහන් කරයි.

යානය පදවන අවස්ථාවේ ගුවන් නියමුවාට ගුවනේදී මෙම හෘදයාබාධය වැළඳීම නිසා ඔහුට යානය පාලනය කර ගැනීමට නොහැකි වී ඇති බව අනාවරණය වී තිබේ. පසුව අනෙක් යානයේ ගැටීමෙන් මෙම අනතුර සිදුව ඇති බවට නිගමනය කළ හැකිය බව අධිකරණ වෛද්‍ය නිලධාරිවරයා පවසයි. යානය පාලනය කර ගැනීමට නොහැකි වූ පියාසර ලූතිනන් මොනාත් පෙරේරාට දිවි ගලවා ගැනීම සඳහා අවශ්‍ය කරන ආරක්ෂක කි‍්‍රයා පිළිවෙත ද අනුගමනය කිරීමට නොහැකි වී තිබේ. ඒ අනුව ගුවන් නියමුවා බිමට පතිත වන අවස්ථාවේ සිදුවූ බහුවිධ තුවාල හේතුවෙන් ඔහු මිය ගොස් ඇති බව පශ්චාත් මරණ පරීක්ෂණයෙන් අනාවරණය වී ඇත.

As far as I know, after he hit from behind.. his flight was coming down fast.. rotating..But he was trying to take the Aircraft to a remote area..
and when he Ejected, he ejected not to Sky.. but facing earth..
so he has came down fast...and parachute didn't open because low flying and not enough distance...or maybe a fault in that too..
And he hit on a tree also and came down with the Kafir...

The fact is that his parachute didn't deploy due to a malfunction.. u figure the rest..
