(3) Permanent Residency, Citizenship
Best countries to immigrate to my opinion
(1) Australia
(2) USA
(3) Canada/NZ
Canada is generally cold.
province( example city )
British Colombia (Vancouver) = very expensive to live (homes are super expensive, millions of dollars), weather is relatively warm but rainy
Alberta (Calgary, Edmonton) = cold, there are jobs
Saskatchewan, Manitoba = very cold, jobs are moderate
Ontario (Toronto) = very expensive, cold, there are jobs, but there are some other cities you can try
Quebec = French language
(I would recommend Calgary. It is a very attractive city now for young people) . You can find all the information related to immigration (eligibility, immigration scheme, how to apply) in government of Canada website (I am not much familiar with this)
Tax
If you do a professional job, tax is 30% - 40% or more % of salary. When you add other taxes, half of your salary is going back to government
