Hi machan,.
I have done Bsc in MIT - Management and Information technology and dept of Industrial management uni of Kelaniya.
In the Dept of IM, u will get best facilities, and highly qualified lecture panel. All of them have PHDs in their respective IT, Comp Science or Management field.
The content of the course is very industry relevant. Best suited for people who are coming from other fields such as Physical Science, Commerce, Engineering. I know many top government officials, and Professionals are following this course.
Course is not interrupted even if uni closes due to student clashes. They do lecture outside during that time. The exposure u can get from the diverse lecture panel is immense. For example, u will be directed by Doctors in Comp Science, MIS, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply chain management, Finance, and a Marketing Professor. U wont have that in any other govt uni department.
Their processes are very efficient and professional in contrast to the typical kelaniya uni culture.
On the aspects of The quality of the program, content, exposure and contacts you would make by joining, it can be highly recommended as equal as an top MBA, but for a lesser charge. If you have already chosen, ur decision is a good one. But depending on ur academic background.
as example,If you have done computer science engineering from uni of mora, there is no point coming here..
