I think what this guy said is true. I have few relatives who are doctors also. Since the January, government follow up the everyone who came from overseas, or at least from the effected areas, on the level of MOHs in that areas.
Back then it was concerned mainly on china.

And now there are another three countries so I m pretty sure gov doing and the authorities doing their work. Do not take these events as political stuff.


Secondly,

Yes many uneducated morons somehow acting irresponsible without either going to quarantine or not participating in a self quarantine process. Just look around you and keep an eye on your neighbors, relatives, friends who came from those countries. Call 119 if any of them refuse to do any measures.
