it's all decided by nature. sperm cell has the genetic composition of XY where as female egg (ovum) has XX. To get a male baby the genetic composition must be XY so always from an ovum you get only one X and the sperm cell will decide whether it will give X or Y for completion.This is purely happened in a natural random selection , yet how far the technology has developed we cannot control what we want..
