The Justice Ministry will introduce tough legislation to strictly control the import, distribution, production, exhibiting, telecasting, printing or broadcasting of pornographic material in Sri Lanka, a senior official said today.

Justice Ministry Secretary Suhada Gamlath said the new Act would be titled, ‘Obscene Publications Act of 2011’.

“There is a sharp increase in the use of pornographic material since the advent of the internet and new technology superhighways. Children are the most affected and child pornography has a huge global market and Sri Lanka is no exception. The new legislation is meant to arrest this alarming trend and protect our children and also to control the unrestricted access by the print and electronic media to be in conformity with our cultural, moral and religious values,” Mr. Gamlath said. - Daily Mirror

    මේ අනුව මේවගේ material කියවන එක, ලග තබා ගැනීම නීති විරෝධියිනේ
Well, this law doesn't prohibit possession and viewing of pornographic materials, so can view porn in internet. Nowadays ppl don't usually go to those video shops to get porn.

Ok. thanks for the information. So it is not written in Quran but the thing written by scholar according to you.

So, regardless of where it is written, do you believe that a 55 years old male thighing 6 years old girl is an ethical act?

Absolutely not, and there isn't references that say directly that the prophet of Islam had consumated that act.

Please know that this happened 1400 years ago.

Let's go passed 68-100 Years from today, 2013, Your Grand Father, Your Grand Mother, Your ancestors, I wonder on what age they married, perhaps you should ask your parents and relations on its co-existence, The very early generations and late 1800's people believed to have gotten married, and was not considered an act of Immaturity, Parent's made it a point to get there children married as early as 15 for boys, and as early as 11 for girls, only once they have attended there age.

I will not explain more just what happen 100 Years ago. But this was the fact when it came to 1900's.

Lets not learn Religion as conduct, and lets research more into basic things.. Lets explain more when the question's come up :)

Maybe Muhammad didn't marry Aisha at the age of 6. Maybe he did. That doesn't matter. The islam is a set of stories that is true or not. The question is do you approve it or not?

If I tell you that there is this imaginary guy called "x" born to an imaginary mother called "y" and he married an imaginary young 6 years old girl called "z", do you approve that act or not is the question. It maybe "OK" to bang little kids in the past. But being in the present, from this context, would you take the pride of reminding and talking about such an incident that might have happened before? That is the question.
