Well, you can’t compare apples to oranges.. what I’m talking about is socially, intellectual status and etc.... Is there a significant difference between the genders? Further more you can consider measuring self-awareness, interpersonal relationship, self-regard, and empathy. Not the physical appearance or any other inherent aspects....

If they want equality, then they need to put a stop Ladies first concept. if they want equality, they should not be treated specially and treated as same as men. No special seats, if all the seats are full in a bus or train, you do the same as men.

they should be ready to work night shifts as men (i have interviewed girls who refused working night time working)...

their understanding of Equality is like Unlimited Internet in Sri Lanka


My stand is they they should be treated with respect and dignity. they should have their own rights.. it's up to them to decide whether they want to work should to shoulder with men or not. it's their right to decide. but they want equality .. so can't help

Good point... don’t you think they can’t work nights because dad doesn’t cook neither take care of kids??? They need a special seat in the bus because they carry babies...
I think gender should not be a factor when it’s comes to employment, education and any other areas. We all should have equal rights and every individual should have an equal opportunity to make the most of their lives and talents. Because of the way they were born or where they come from should not look down on them.
