Unfortunately, males are Superior, but as human I try to treat everyone same, not only gender, position,wealth,education. But practically there are certain places one class gets priority than others. Nature has limits which makes disasters if broken.

Well on what grounds or points male are superior??? Did you read men are from Mars women are from Venus debate? Our society places a higher premium on masculinity than it does on femininity, isn’t it?

They still expect special treatment even when they are not mothers, house wives or whatever. I have interviewed girls who specifically asked can we allow them to work only day shifts because they are girls (keep in mind they were girls, not mothers and were single)

We were struggling to fill couple vacancies with girls and majority had this concern.. you know what the best part is, they want special shifts and salaries fking higher than men ... i don't understand what they are thinking. I don't see any equality in there. it's more like men being abused end of the day.

It's them who put themselves down. not us men. what they should have done is fight for their proper rights. not equality. if they need equal treatment as men, then they must face it. the same girls who ask for equality, if a man slaps them they file a rape case, but if the same girl slaps a man , she becomes a hero ..... I am ok with that if they agree for special treatment or a higher treatment than men... I am 100% ok with it, but not with stupid equal treatment bullshit.

if we are ready consider both men and women equal respect and dignity, then a man slapping a woman and a woman slapping a man should both be treated the same way... do you see it happening ? nope.

real question is what they really want... the rest depends on their answers. In my point of view, they should receive better than men do. but if they want equality, my friend it's going to be a rough one for them

Thanks for sharing your point re: night shifts. There’s a big staff working under me too. I have more women than men working shift works. Some laboratory kind of work too. I have noticed men and women give similar answers when asked to describe themselves and no terms of masculinity and femininity. I think it will be a rough one for men and women if we give equality. In this thread someone mentioned he woke up in the morning but his wife was up way before him as the child is sick.... think of everything bro... but in general I agree lots of points you discussed and enjoyed. Gained knowledge too

Oh really???? From where did you get the fact and figures??? Gender doesn’t matter men and women built mental strength the same way.... Research proved that women life expectancy management skills and handle pain better than men. Their are emotionally strong too. Don’t take me wrong this doesn’t mean men are weaker either. I think it’s kind of give and take....

Yes, there are areas in which females outperform males, like the ones you mentioned.

Yeah, I personally know a lot of girls working shoulder to shoulder with boys, doing nights shifts. then again we have this group of girls who doesn't know how to bring value to themselves. from my point of view, most of the times it's the ladies that destroys their own values.

again, I strongly believe ladies should be respected than men, no doubt in that. I don't agree with equality. but unfortunately the majority of these activist in both SL and out are going towards equality trap.

Let me share just a bit of my life..... My mother used to work so hard after my dad got killed. She never complained neither tired. If it was me I wouldn’t have done half of what she did.... nevertheless to stress the mental and physical agony she went through to bring 5 children with good education and good values.... then my sister who is elder to me. She is my second mother. She was badly treated by the society. She worked day and night, shoulder to shoulder with my mother to educate me and my two younger siblings. Once she was almost rapped. Since we have no man in the house when I was small; I have seen how men willing to lend helping hand with ulterior motives....... Her husband was an A$@ hole. He went away with another woman after having two children.... my sister has courage to bring kids all by herself..... this is just a bit that I saw what they went through and there are so many stories unheard.....I am not sure if we are still saying men are superior to women?????
She only taught us to dance in the rain...

You have a good point... if all the work is equal and split equally, I think Ladies first will be obliterated.... but the question is if all men will accept to split everything equally.... ex. After work do the grocery then cook, look after kids homework and shower them and put them to sleep, clean the house are just a few.....

But naturally both are created for different purposes. That's the reason we can't divide it equally. So people should understand both are good at in different areas and should give the respect in areas which other person good at.
