there is a procedure, yes there is call logs, sms logs even call recordings of your connection but without a proper court order at least police can't ask for that kind of logs.
if a employee search for some kind of details like that, it will be logged then definitely he or she need to trail by HR and possibly job termination instantly.
Other thing is if somehow they disclose your details to 3rd party without having proper procedure, you can simple sue to that organization
