IT SITE SUPPORT ASSOCIATE
We are looking for passionate individuals to be placed at our customer sites.
Location- Avissawella | Thulhiriya | Horana
Candidate will be responsible for:
Attend and provide support to the user tickets diverting from the Service Desk
Attend and provide support to the user Issues directly reporting to IT Team
Keep all the devices and systems up to date following the guideline from the Central team.
Monitor, Troubleshoot and Report abnormal behaviors in the dashboards to the relevant teams.
Involvement and Coordination of the IT Related Purchasing, Payments and Budgeting Process.
Documentation Works on inventory, finance and standard operating procedures.
Preparing and Conduct Relevant User Trainings
Required qualifications :
• HND in any IT Related field.
• Minimum 1 Year experience.
• Able to communicate in English (Reading and Writing).
• Willing to work on weekends if required.
• Living within 15KM radius from the mentioned location.
