නිවාස සැලසුම් අඳින්න දන්න අය කව්ද ඉන්නේ ?
මද වශයෙන් බෑවුමක් සහිත පචස් 10ක පමන ඉඩමකට ගැලපෙන නිවාස සැලසුම්, චායා රූප හෝ අදහස් උවමනා කරල තියෙනව.
මම මේ ක්ෂේත්‍රය ගැන ගොඩක් දේවල් දන්නේ නෑ...

In sri lanka there are few designs going around and lot of the draftsmen copy and make adjustments without knowing the structural impact.
Get a good architect and also engage a structural engineer.

ඒ උනාට බෑවුමකට හරියන එකක් හොයාගන්න අමාරු උනා.

හොඳ ඩිසයින් ටිකක් හොයාගෙන ඒ ටිකත් අතේ තියාගෙනම ආකිටෙක් කෙනෙක් ගාවට යන්න තමයි හිතාගෙන ඉන්නේ.

This house looks beautiful ! But do not design a house which does not cover the walls with its roof. We made one long time back and still regret ! you will spend thousands and thousands of rupees over the years painting the exterior walls as they easily get discolored during SL conditions.
