Some chap has put negative rep for above question and commented "gu giyaaaaaa."
Different people can have different opinions and most times will not think the same way. And different people have different ways to express things. Some are serious some are funny. If some post is good, yes give positive rep and say why to encourage. If some post is bad, again yes, give negative rep and say why to discourage.
Only thing is that I am clueless as to why this kind friend put negative rep and put the cryptic comment "gu giyaaaaaa." May be that is what happened to this friend who put negative rep after hearing elifants and horu. Hik hik.
If something is offensive or bad, it is useful to point out what it is ney machan
Or publicly post what is offensive. Everyone can do with a good laugh .
