Dude, learn php from youtube. make a simple crud app. + Html, css
next, do a fake business project with the help of stack and google and chatgpt.
Done. You are a fullstack webdeveloper (Junior leval)
after that, try to make a clone of youtube, facebook, and done
next, make some online tools (micro saas) like sinhala online typer. (super easy bro. need just basic php)
Done. Now you are a real web developer

I think it will take less than a month for junior level (2 hours a day) while about 2 months ( one for junior and 1 more month for advancing) for normal level (2 hours a day).

Don't learn python (flask, dijango), node, and rest. you will need thsoe if you are building something AI related or a large scale SAAS or an android or windows app. anyway, if you learn php and be advanced level, it will take about 1 more month for you to learn python+flask and do some advanced stuff like web scraping and automating web tasks.

No Institute can make you an average web dev, they will make you a fool. there are many frameworks and langauges out there with many different techiniques to create a specipic website. don't learn them all. learn them only if you need them in feuture (no use of knowing 2 langauges which do the same thing)
